The LSS is a 8.5 hour one day intensive, beginning and ending at a time that is convenient for you and your schedule. In certain cases, we've been able to break it up into two days (so just let us know if this is for you!). It is all online, so you will need to have access to a computer with internet access. You will have plenty of breaks and a 30 minute lunch break. Just show up in a quiet space on the day of your LSS and your Guide will take it from there!

The Couples LSS is two day in-person intensive hosted in beautiful Boulder, Co right near the mountains. Together with your spouse, you will enjoy discovering your individual giftedness, unique purpose, and create a combined vision for yourselves as individuals, for your marriage, family, careers, and community. There will be plenty of breaks and snacks, and we will walk and enjoy two working lunches. Absolutely! The LSS process will affirm who you are, what you're really good at, and what to do about that information. After the LSS, you may find yourself advocating to lean more into your natural strengths and giftedness at work, or intentionally investing into the key relationships that you care about, or learning how to practically grow your self-confidence and value....who knows what it can do for YOU? Clients tend to use words like "life-giving", "helpful", and "transformative" to describe their LSS experience.

This is a common question, especially for those who are more introverted. Although it seems like a stretch, even the true introvert loves the rare opportunity to be seen and known! You will most likely be pleasantly surprised to see how quickly the day flies by and how life-giving the process can be.
